Delivery
Delivery of your items will depend on the shipping option you select at checkout. You should note that all delivery times are estimated, and we cannot guarantee that your item will be delivered within the estimated time unless you have chosen UK next day delivery option*.

- UK First Class Delivery: 1 to 3 working days* £4.99
- UK Next Day Delivery: Order before 1pm to receive your order the next working day. Orders made after 1pm will be delivered the following working day* £6.99
- International Delivery: 5 to 7 working days* £13.95
(excluded bank holidays, weekends and public holidays)

Tracking
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched you can track your order using the Royal Mail Track and Trace service.
Royal Mail will require a signature upon delivery, if no one is home Royal Mail will leave a ‘Reminder Card’ which will provide you details on where to collect your parcel.
