It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), you are welcome to return the item(s) for a credit note/exchange in cases which:
- The item does not fit you
- You are not satisfied with the quality
- Or you have simply changed your mind
- The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
- The item is not a sale item
- The item is returned to us within 14 days from delivery date
- A receipt and proof of purchase is available
Bodysuits, Briefs/bikini bottoms, one-piece swimwear (for hygiene reasons) and jewellery are strictly excluded.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size choice; however, we can provide you with a credit note/exchange equivalent to the price of the item/s you purchased.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept items with any type of stain. All items must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
- Should our return policy not be honoured, the item will be sent back with charges payable by the customer.
Please include your invoice with your returned item to enable us to identify you and process your credit note/exchange as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, all original shipping and return fees are non-refundable, unless a mistake was made on our part.
You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
We truly apologise if you have received a faulty item, we treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty or not as advertised please email email@example.com we will happily provide you with a full refund.
- All faulty items must be reported via email within 24 hours upon receiving delivery.
- All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by the customer will not be accepted as faulty.
We aim to process all returned items as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your returned item and process your exchange/refund. We will send you an email once this has been done. You will also need to allow further time for your refund to reach your account.
